Oooo, I am more than a little workout-high, oh yes. Full circuit of weight machines, and before that I tried out the infamous elliptical machine for ten minutes. Afterwards, already close to exhaustion, figured I'd do another few minutes for the requisite post-weights aerobics.
Turned out to be twenty. I panted. I sweated. I hit a second wind. Gods, I'll probably regret this tomorrow, but I didn't even KNOW I had that much stamina.
