Saw extended edition of Fellowship last night in Kinoteca--so big screen (although unfortunately not a high-quality projection--dunno why, they're usually pretty good)--with
_rainey and
telepwen, and a batch of other people I didn't know. Gorgeous stuff, although Lothlorien is still nowhere near right, and Galadriel was overdone at times (and at other times deliciously creepy). Gandalf bloody brilliant though. *fangirls*
And in honor of that, a quiz.

I really should remember tho that watchig a movie with other people generally results in missing large amounts of it because I can't really concentrate on two people speaking at once, even if one of them is a good friend and the other is angsting!Boromir. Meh. Should wait until I have a computer with a DVD player or summat and watch it on my own; and then I can rewatch stuff. I could swear that in one shot, while he was talking to Saruman, Gandalf had a blackish-reddish ring on his middle finger on the hand holding his staff. Next shot, it was gone. And, since I just woke up, I am blanking on its name. Meep.
Have discovered myself more and more prone to stupid slip recently. Reading HP aloud, I read Ravenclaw instead of Gryffindor in one of Lee's lines and didn't even know it. And when I saw
telepwen coming down the stairs, I apparently say "Hey, mom!" and had absolutely no memory of it. Didn't know I said it.
