Good:

telepwen here with me at Bennington, and yay, squee, etc., for I have been missing her muchly.

Wrote a page of Within These Pages last night. That's right--picked up right where I left off, right where I've been blocked since December!

Bad:

telepwen currently napping in my bed. And here I was hoping for a nap myself. No, needing. *eyes roommate's bed*

Schedule for today: Wake up, eat breakfast, practice Sondheim for two hours, eat lunch, finish physics homework, practice Sondheim for three hours, eat dinner, rehearse Sondheim for three hours. Then, after 9 PM, deal with physics reading, various ficcage, socializing, figuring out the final details for my project proposal for 3D tomorrow, and figuring out the final details of my presentation in the creativity workshop tomorrow.

telepwen has also convinced me that, even if I were home to job-hunt properly, I'm not going to be able to get a summer job. Ergo, mum will kill me.

Also currently in one of those moods where I wish no humans to be within eyeshot or earshot of me. Hermit, hermit, hermit.

P.S. The trick is to make them think that you're not looking for a *summer* job. Make them think that you're most likely going to stay past the summer. Tell them you're likely going to be taking a semester off to catch your breath if at all possible, so you'll probably be there through at least the Christmas break. This is how I got my job. When I told them that, I truly thought that I really would be leaving in August. But I sure as hell didn't tell *them* that. I told them it was probable that I'd stay. And hey, I did. But I didn't have to. That's the big trick.
