And what I forgot to put in my first entry:

[livejournal.com profile] mctabby, how's this one?

A story where child innocence and goodness will be lost to evil.

Tho, frankly, there was not a single good summary in today's TDA chapter owl. *beats back plebes with OLDfic*

Also nursing mad urge, inspired by [livejournal.com profile] isiscolo, to write a ficlet in which Harry and Draco do indeed have bugles. Now cannot chase image of them sitting back to back in the grass looking all GreatAndt00byPlebeficLove!Cute and calmly nursing their bugles. Currently pondering Draco playing the bugle call to mess upon opening his pants...

Harry pulled away from Draco, a bit breathless. "Is that a French Horn in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?"

Draco smirked. "Honestly, Potter, can't you tell the difference between a French Horn and a French kiss?"

"We're calling them 'freedom kisses' now," interjected George W.

Aie. Someone stop me.

I want to read the bugle story.

Fun fact-- Bowdler, in his you-know-what-ized Shakespeare, changed Othello's line 'She hath played the strumpet in my bed' to 'She hath played the trumpet in my bed.' Which is an excellent motive for suffocation, IMO..
