I have come to the conclusion that there are vast portions of myself, my past, and my probable future that I fear and hate and which disgust me. I have also come to the conclusion that I am currently immensely lonely and likely to remain that way for a while, possibly for the rest of my life.

I can't believe that someone as cool as you could be lonely forever. So I won't believe it.

As to disliking yourself, well, that's something you should think about. So long as you hate yourself, you will make it harder for others to love you.
