lightningwar, despite the fact that it's a lovely idea and I know I'll regret not being a part of something so big and interesting:
1: I'm not in a roleplaying mood, and I'm not terribly adept with text roleplaying anyway.
2: I'm very low on time and energy these days, due to work and general exhaustion, and would prefer to devote what I do have to fics.
3: Much as I love the fact that somebody loves Tom/Alastor enough to roleplay it, and much as I'm curious, I find it sporky to read a rather different interpretation of the pairing while I'm buried in Lexicon of Serpents--for much the same reason I've avoided reading fics like I Am Lord Voldemort or The Broken Victory for the time being.
I'll probably read a batch of it someday when I'm bored and not too consumed with other tasts, and I think it's wickedly cool in general, but that's why I'm not in the middle of it and squeeing loudly. Schnoogles to the LW folks!

That's why I'm trying not to read too much Moody fic right now: I don't want my playing of him to be colored by it. Although he's being colored by other things I'm reading (like the Kusheline Trilogy) but at least it's not fanfiction...
It would be nice if you did read some of what we've done, eventually. Our Riddle/Moody dynamic is... interesting. Like bloody, kinky BDSM interesting. Satan's war against God interesting. That kind of thing. It's because
