I have a feeling Cap makes a habit of going around, finding heroes just starting out, and talking with them--sizing them up, seeing if they're good folks, kicking their asses if they aren't. It seems like something he would do.

Less, "You'll grow up to be even greater heroes one day" and more "children should be honest with their parents and not fighting crime."
