-depends on what version we're talking about, but as a rule, yeah, he probably will fit the bill. In all seriousness it's possible to maintain your sense of self, your dreams, your kinks and some version of mundane security (roof,food,etc) without having to compromise too much (although I still think I deserve huge karmic props for moving to the 'burbs 13 years ago ack)).
p.s. Torchwood has so consumed my media watching this year that I have succumbed to watching an episode in 5 minutes chunks on You Tube when I couldn't get it quick enough elsewhere. I need help.

I know. My last job was 1.5 hours away from my apartment by bus, and a little under 20 minutes away by car. The job itself was okay to begin with, but even then the commute drove me crazy.
