Before you ask, she was paying for it, so this is not illegal, merely unpleasant. Her timing, too, is absolutely inFUCKINGpeccable, as we probably won't be able to foot the bill ourselves for, um, a while.

Fuck -- I'm really sorry. I've heard a rumor that my mother's been threatening to do something very similar; I probably won't know until it happens, though, and don't want to start paying bills if it doesn't. :( But yeah, can empathize.

Are there any other ways of contacting you (outside of email and LJ)? Should probably get in touch with you about this weekend planning, which lack of cell phone will make difficult.
