The person who did this is brilliant and has much to much time on their hands. Thus I vote we give them a McArthur so they can more fully explore their potential with cute cat films.
The link I followed it to implied that it was a rip from World's Funniest Animal Videos, or whatever it's called, that's the animal channel's answer to the funniest home video shows. But it's still bloody brilliant either way. XD
