1. I have a book signed by Harlan Ellison because I got into a brief argument with him about Mozart at a con when I was fourteen.
2. I never masturbated until I was eighteen and my college roommate bought me a vibrator. Not a moral thing, just never felt the need. (I have, however, been devising devious ways to tie myself up since I was quite young.)
3. I was introduced to slash bymentalhygiene at summer camp, also when I was fourteen.
4. I was once interviewed by People. Was probably about ten at the time.
5. I used to go to dance classes with a girl whose father played golf every weekend with Alice Cooper.
6. I've LARPed three characters in my life, all of whom have slightly to majorly bizarre gender traits. (One was a fairie who changed at will, one was a man with a woman's singing voice, and one was a man who was infertile and impotent and very, very gay. Well, in a psychotic murderous sort of way.)
7. I got my first kiss to Nine Inch Nails' "Closer." While on a leash. Ah, high school.
8. I read Alice in Wonderland, unabridged, when I was four.
9. I once kept a pet cricket for a week in college.
10. I've not kissed a member of the male gender since high school. ;_;
11. I've been drinking coffee, albeit in slight amounts, since I was quite young, because I'd complain about cold milk in the morning and Mum would put in a drop of her coffee to warm it up.
12. I go by my middle name.
13. I've been writing seriously and pretty much constantly since kindergarten or so, at least as seriously as anyone can write in kindergarten. I had a few friends who followed my stories in my main fantasy universe of the time; I'd write them new installments on break. So if you wonder how I do it, well, that's part of the answer. Been at it for a while.
14. I was homeschooled from second grade through college.
15. I once retrieved a dropped dime from the bottom of the nine-foot end of the swimming pool. I'd guess this was when I was around ten or so.
16. I am one inch taller than Edward Elric.
17. Mum started teaching me Latin in first grade, and I didn't stop until senior year of high school.
18. Mum started teaching me piano when I was three (can we sense a pattern here?), and I kept it up seriously through sophomore year of college, when I suffered injuries and got out of practice.
19. I haven't cut my hair since I was twelve, aside from one trim freshman year of college.
20. I have a lego hippogriff sitting on my desk.
I'm not going to tag people, mostly because everybody I know has already done this.
Smut requests are still open, though I don't know for how long, since these fuckers are just getting bigger and bigger. If you've already posted yours, I'm working on it. ^^;;; And have I mentioned Arcana Viscera enough yet? XD
