And I'm off again...

Hectic end-of-summer. Crazymad.

Off to Maine for a week, starting around about now. Got home from Vancouver a few days ago, and most of that time was spent mowing the lawn. And introducing telepwen to Firefly. We watched through "War Stories" (because anybody who appreciates a spot of torture has to see that one) in a single night, which meant we were up until six or so. She passed out before "Objects in Space," darnit.

Still, Firefly. Which is currently eating my brain. Wee!

Anyway. Have gotten one night's worth of sleep over two days, because Certain Parties wouldn't let me sleep at all until one in the morning yesterday, and I was banking on a nap.

*moans*

But. But. Maine!

Still writing the next scene of that Fireflyfic. Mal and Wash will not shut up.

Anyway. Wedding went swimmingly, some of my playing sucked but nobody noticed, my family rocks, and I got to visit a few wolves. And I did the two most important things I could do in Canada twice apiece. That's right--Canadian Smarties and bubble tea.

*grins hugely*

Leaving in less than two hours. Must pack and eat breakfast. Hope I can sleep in the car.

Argh. I'm rambling. Real point is, I'll be gone from the wired for about a week.
