At any rate, I made a butt-ugly fish today and sorted out some IK problems (in other words, good news on the 3D project), and my life is generally slightly better-feeling, if still hectic. The general appearance of my current icon still applies, though.
Anders Norrude can play the bagpipes like they are weeping. I love him.
The smut proceeds apace. I have indeed discovered that spending several hours working with Maya is one of the few academic activities that can totally push a smutbunny from my mind. It returned as soon as I left class, though.
