Tory says: The only Klingon on board is B'Elanna, and she doesn't seem overly fond of him. But then, we all know who B'Elanna was sleeping with, at least early on in the series.

there was the episode later on in the series (one of the better ones of the last season) where they run into a Klingon ship. Make long story short, Kim accidentally seduces on Klingon woman, and Neelix steals the fire from him.
