In general, for the summer: Am staying at the girlfriend's house with her family with no internet on my own computer; can get access on other people's boxen, but I don't know how often I'll be able to put enough time in to really keep up with the fandom. weemallard, you were just the author involved in my first moment of discovering the RealIndustry writing of somebody I originally read as a fanfiction writer, which just made my little literarily subversive brain go squee. (And rather baffled the people who happened to be with me at the time.)

I hope to be more interesting soon-ish. I really do; I know I've been nonexistent recently, and it makes me sad. So I'll start with topless pictures of myself.

The real draw? I'm planning to do a lot of fanwriting this summer--essentially trying to finish up the most nagging of WIPs so I can start forging more into original work. This means lots of fic.

Example: A Lexicon of Serpents, chapter 4 (straggling far behind chapter 3 because I got distracted by no less than two other fandoms), is currently at beta.
