The only lead that I currently have is a friend of a friend who won't be moving to Boston until later in the summer. I'll make sure that they know about your place anyway in case their plans change!
Have you thought about (or more than thought about) Craigslist? I know that it can be sketch sometimes, but not always, and that is how we found our current subletter.
