It sucks to be dumped. It really does suck, and it feels like it's the end of the world, and no one will ever love you again.
HOWEVER, that isn't true. If you were 105, I might possibly concede that maybe you won't be in very many more relationships. But you're relatively young, and you will get a lot more tries. Every time a relationship ends, you learn something from it.
Things change, people change, you will change. The perfect partner for me when I was 20 would be a NIGHTMARE for me at 46.
I'm sorry you feel so awful, and that the awfulness you feel is making you believe a lot of hurtful things about yourself. It will pass.
