Dear God of Boobs,

I just tried on a number of bras at Target.

Apparently my right, Dear Sir Tom, is a D. And my left, Dear Sir Alastor, is a double-D.

...

...

PLEASE ADVISE. >.<;;;;;;;;!

Conditional love,
Tory

When you come up with a solution, kindly inform me. Having same problem here. Underwires are excruciating-- either they are jabbing the bigger boob or are too large and jab me in the armpit. :\ Unhappiness.

Sorry I've been difficult to plan with. I think tomorrow is going to be the best time that I can see you! Let's do lunch tomorrow? Any particular place you like? I probably won't have a car at that point (the starship is in drydock for repairs).

I shall bring the tribble!

Clearly what you need is modular bras. Mix and match to find a fit!

Or modular boobs.

Chester is a much better name than Tom, though. ;)

Yay, the joys of uneven boobage. I just buy whatever the girls will squish into. (I'm a DD on one side and a DDD on the other, so you can imagine the degree of necessary squish.)

Bra manufacturers are really missing out on a huuuuge market in not making lopsided bras. Someone needs to propose it. Modular snap-together bras! Build-your-own Lego bras! Singular mix-n-match titslings!

Arrange for them to be smothered in kisses. They will then be more cooperative in general.

Ultimately, I have been told that customized bras are not that hard to find, but have never had direct call to obtain one myself. I can try to do some research.

Sports bras. They're fairly size-free.

Give me your street address! I'll find your house and we'll go from there.

Wow...I'm feeling a Bette Midler-esqe performance piece coming on...

That being said, I hear you. While I am nowhere near as endowed as I used to be, I had very similar issues a few years ago (closer to your cup size) and still having the same problems now (only a smaller cup size). Blech. I wear underwires and insanely jealous of those who don't need to. And yes, I know I could go without wearing one, but my house has 3 floors and the girls *hurt* when they are bouced around too much!

*DIES* I love you.

My own problem is more that I'm too skinny and short for my boobs. Apparently. Discrimination, I say!

Maybe visit Lady Grace in Brookline? The seem to have a good range of unusual sizes, and they have a section for people who had to have one amputated because of breast cancer... maybe they will have modualar bras too!

Depending on how a bra was constructed, I can envision chopping a couple in half and then grafting two halves together yourself... if the original ones were reversible, you would even get two bras instead of one bra and two halves. It would need to be a kind with fairly distinct cups separated by fabric that could be sewn on...
