Mum has decided, in her inimitable way, that I am to spend the day helping her with the harvesting and making of grape juice. So if I'm not around or writing you porn, that's why.

In the meantime, I must admit to a bad habit of mine: I pretty much tend to ignore anonymous posts, out of random suspicion mixed with lack of information to go on, though I've left anonymous posting on due to having friends, at various points, without LJs. Mostly I really don't know how to handle anonymousen. But I've also noticed two things: there seem to be some very spiffy anonymous posters floating about this fandom, and there seem to be one or a few popping up in this journal from time to time.

Now, I don't know the ettiquete, but if it's considered polite to ask for a brief introduction and some sort of a nickname, should you be willing, consider yourself asked if you see this. Contrary to what I might have implied above, this is really far less me being paranoid and far more me being curious, plus of course the instinct to have some vague idea of who finds my humble offerings worth comment. So, um, hello out there? *waves*
