there are times when it is very interesting to be a myst fan. this is one of them.
i should bone up on southwest indian mythology, but my books are at bennington. *grumble*

just wondering. the pf influence on radiohead has, of course, been noted before. you should also check out the band Eureka Farm, though their CDs are out of print -- i could burn one for you at some point if you want.

also, i still say you should check out floyd's _the piper at the gates of dawn_.

oh, and SOUL COUGHING! nothing like pf, more of a male beatnik laurie anderson doing "deep slacker jazz"...
